Our Animal Friends

Life at Hacienda Paucartika is shared with many gentle companions who bring joy to the land and to our guests. From alpacas and llamas to horses, chickens, and ducks, the animals are part of the daily rhythm here.

They wander freely through the gardens and courtyards, often greeting visitors with curiosity and calm presence. Our alpaca, Chaska, is especially well-known for her love of selfies and soft kisses. The horses, sensitive and wise, are always close by, while the chickens and ducks keep the grounds lively with their playful energy.

We care for our animals as part of the family, and their presence adds a special warmth to Paucartika. Guests often find that spending time with them brings laughter, relaxation, and a deeper sense of connection to the natural world.
