Many of our ingredients come straight from our organic gardens here at the hacienda, along with produce from local farmers and markets in the Sacred Valley. From quinoa and native potatoes to fresh vegetables and Andean herbs, the food reflects the richness of the land around us.

We tailor meals to fit the needs and preferences of each group, and for those who wish, there is also the option to add grilled fish or chicken.
