Food

Meals at Hacienda Paucartika are prepared with care and inspired by the flavors of the Andes. Our kitchen focuses on fresh, nourishing dishes that balance comfort and nutrition, with vegan and gluten-free options always available.

Many ingredients come directly from our organic gardens at the hacienda, while others are sourced from local farmers and markets in the Sacred Valley. From quinoa and native potatoes to fresh vegetables, fruits, and Andean herbs, every meal reflects the richness of the land and its traditions.

Menus are tailored to the needs of each retreat group, whether that means lighter meals for ceremony days, hearty dishes after long hikes, or simple comfort foods for rest and integration. For those who wish, grilled fish or chicken can also be included at an additional cost.

The result is food that not only nourishes the body but also connects guests to the abundance and vitality of the Sacred Valley.
